How to become an owner

Anyone with a verified account can list items for rent.

Steps:

1. Complete identity verification on your Profile page.
2. Connect a Stripe account to receive payouts (Profile → Stripe Connect).
3. Click List an Item in the navigation bar.
4. Fill in your item's title, description, category, photos, and pricing.
5. Publish your listing — it goes live immediately.

You control pricing, availability, and rental rules entirely.
