Deleting your account

We're sorry to see you go. Before deleting:

• Resolve any active bookings or disputes.
• Withdraw any pending Stripe payouts.
• Download any records you may need.

To delete your account:

1. Contact our support team via the Contact Support page.
2. Select 'Account Help' as the category.
3. Request account deletion and include your email address.
4. Our team will process the request within 3–5 business days.
