Renna Hand may retain your verification status but does not ordinarily store government identification documents on its own systems.
  3. Booking and Transaction Information. We may collect information relating to listings, bookings, rental dates, pricing, payments, deposits, refunds, inspections, transactions, and disputes.
  4. Communications and User Content. We may collect and store messages, photographs, inspection reports, reviews, questions, reports, and other content that you submit through the Services.
  5. Location Information. We may use your zip code to provide location-based features and display relevant listings. If you choose to use location-based features, the Services may access your device's location with your permission. We may rely on third-party services to process location information.
  6. Technical Information. We may use third-party services such as Sentry to monitor application errors, performance, security, and technical issues. We do not use analytics, advertising networks, cross-app tracking, or behavioral advertising tools.

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use information we collect to:

  1. create and manage your account;
  2. provide and operate the Services;
  3. facilitate bookings and rental transactions;
  4. verify identity and prevent fraud or abuse;
  5. process payments, refunds, deposits, and other transactions;

  9. improve and secure the Services; and

  4. With Mapping Services. We may use OpenStreetMap Nominatim or similar services to convert zip codes into general map coordinates or to process location information when you use location-based features. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, or account identifier for these purposes.
  5. For Legal and Safety Purposes. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Renna Hand, our users, or others.

Renna Hand's collection, retention, deletion, anonymization, and handling of information after account deletion are governed by the Renna Hand Data Retention Policy. We use session cookies and local storage to maintain your login session and remember certain preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or behavioral advertising technologies.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no website, application, database, electronic transmission, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
