The Renna Hand rental flow:

1. Browse — Find an item that meets your needs.
2. Request — Select dates and submit a booking request.
3. Approval — The owner reviews and approves your request.
4. Payment — Stripe processes your payment securely.
5. Pickup — Coordinate pickup time and location with the owner.
6. Use — Enjoy the item during your rental period.
7. Return — Return on time and in the same condition.
8. Review — Both parties leave honest reviews.

All communication happens in-app to keep everyone safe.
