Before pickup:
- Message the owner to agree on a pickup time and location.
- Both parties complete a pre-rental inspection (photos of item condition).
At pickup:
- Inspect the item together and document any existing damage.
- The owner marks the booking as Active in their dashboard.
At return:
- Return the item on the agreed date and time.
- Both parties complete a post-rental inspection.
- The owner marks the booking as Return Pending, then Completed.
- Your security deposit is released after a successful return.
