Reporting suspicious activity

If you encounter suspicious behavior on Renna Hand, please report it immediately.

What to report:

• Requests to pay outside the platform
• Fake or misleading listings
• Threatening or harassing messages
• Identity fraud
• Listings for prohibited items

How to report:

1. Use the Contact Support page and select 'Safety Concern.'
2. Include screenshots, message content, and the user or listing ID.
3. Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
